Bucking the trend of pale and silvery pinks, Covert Farms delivers their version, which is ruby red tinged with rust. A organic blend of estate grown Merlot, Cab Franc and Syrah, it suggests aromas strawberry jam, Maraschino cherry, tangerine, white pepper and cedar. Juicy and full-bodied, with notable concentration it clings to the palate with red fruit and trails spice and cedar flavours.
